Federalism & States' Rights

The founding fathers wisely constructed a federation of states, to empower the states and guard t from the formation of a central authority that might become unresponsive and abridge citizens liberties, but this union of free states ended with passage of the Seventeenth Amendment.

Religion and State

Court decisions on the question of congressional authority to endorse religion are dependent on varying interpretations of law, but the right of States to endorse and establish religion is an inarguable Constitutional protection. -States' Liberty Party.

 

Morality
