The States' Liberty Party is founded to return control of Congress
to the separate states and reestablish the principles of religion.

Introduction
A perpetual foundation establishes the States' Liberty Party in furtherance
of federalism and religious principles.
Definition of Terms
For this document;
States' Liberty Party
shall refer to the federally trademarked name States' Liberty Party, and
to the commercial or non-profit organization authorized by the trademark holder
to operate under the name States' Liberty Party, and to this Foundation
document, which remains under control of the States' Liberty Party until
ratified by States' Liberty Party officers at which time it becomes perpetual
and unchangeable forever.
State party shall refer to
separate and independent state political parties that are in alliance with or
chapters of the the States' Liberty Party.
Principles of religion is for this document defined as that historical law
which
promotes individual and collective freedom and the general welfare, and
discourages or bars activities injurious to anyone.
Section 1 - Laws and Procedures
- The foundation is binding and perpetual upon ratification.
- An articles of Intent shall be maintained to clarify the foundation and address
current issues, and is non-binding. It may be created, changed, amended, deleted
or restored by agreement of 2/3 of party members or by every state party, and
by agreement of the States' Liberty Party,.
A revision history and text of previous articles shall be recorded and kept
forever, and be available to the public.
- Upon written agreement with the States' Liberty Party or 2/3 of party
members or all of the state parties each of the separate states may form an
organization adapting the name States' Liberty Party or may use another name
or political party and affiliate it with the States' Liberty Party. Only
one organization in any state may become a state party affiliated with the
States' Liberty Party. A state party is subject to removal from the
States' Liberty Party and discontinuation of the name States' Liberty Party
for failing to abide by the States' Liberty Party foundation principles.
A first vote by a majority of party members or party chapters may inform the
offending state party and a second vote 6 to 10 months following by a
majority of party members or chapters will remove the offending state party if
it has not corrected it's deficiencies. No state party may be removed
without having clearly violated and failed to correct inconsistencies with
Foundation. Failure to abide by the Articles of Intent is insufficient
for removal.
- Officials and candidates of each of the state parties shall devise
separate party platforms in whatever way is deemed fit. Each is binding or non-binding and may be revised or
replaced
at the will and direction of party members, candidates and officials.
Party platforms shall be archived for pubic retrieval.
Section 2 - Federalism
- The States' Liberty Party shall guard or restore as applicable to the
states and people respectively, the rights granted by the United States
Constitution and original ten amendments, and subsequent amendments that serve
to uphold the federal system and perpetuate the individual and collective
privileges or immunities of United States and state residents
- The Constitutional guarantee of freedom of religion granted to the States
and people by the First Amendment is absolute and necessary for a free people.
- Whenever there is controversy or doubt, the rights of the individual shall
take precedence over the state.
Section 3 - Principles of Religion
- The States' Liberty Party is perpetually guided by principles of religion..
- Children are the most sacred commodity of life, and each is worthy of two
loving natural parents. The initiation of the process of conception without an
expectation of a resulting child desired by both to-be parents is contrary to
religion, injurious to children, and shall be discouraged.
- Marriage secured by church or government is a binding contract expressing
intent or desire to bear and raise natural children.
Section 4 - Behavior of Officials and Candidates
- States' Liberty Party officials and candidates shall not
produce or promote misleading, distorted or exaggerated information or
advertising, nor focus on their record or achievements, nor solicit
money for their candidacy or advancement, nor otherwise behave in a way
inconsistent with the principles of religion.
- States' Liberty Party officials and candidates may broadcast a means for
donating to the party, but may not actively solicit for money or for anything. and may freely and fervently promote,
devise, and implement ideas and principles of the
States' Liberty Party..
Section 5 - Other Policies
- Winning elections is not central to this party, nor is there a need for a
controlling majority. The States' Liberty Party shall focus entirely on education and
instruction, prior to, during, and subsequent to election campaigns regardless
of the election outcome, and shall govern by the principles of religion.
- Should this
foundation be deemed to be outmoded or out-of-date, members shall feel free to
leave the party and join another, or begin a new party or political
movement. No branch sect, chapter, or affiliate of the States' Liberty Party may be
created, joined , or allied that does not embrace this foundation. No other party may
profess a partnership, or be child of, or have any other relationship with the States' Liberty Party,
except as a separate party independent of the States' Liberty Party.
- This Foundation is open to changes in language and cosmetic content until
ratified, at which time this clause shall be
deleted and replaced with the phrase "This document is forever binding policy
to States' Liberty Party officials and candidates.". No change of substance is allowed to this
not yet ratified document unless fully and obviously proven superior by debate
and discussion.
